THE SERVICE WORK?
I will meet with you for a no-obligation client assessment. We will discuss your culinary likes and dislikes,
food allergies, special nutritional or dietary needs.
This information will be used to design your own personal menu and cooking schedule.
On your cooking date, I will shop for all the ingredients for your menu. I will
prepare your meals, deliver them to your home in packages for oven/microwave, and leave
simple heating instructions. In a matter of

Anyone who has more than they can handle, juggling careers, family and other matters
that take up so much time. Usually this
results in dining out, or having fast food take out.
Even after planning and shopping for nutritious meals, often times the food
gets thrown out because of lack of time and energy at the end of the work day. When you take all these facts into account, the
service is a good value.

I will schedule
a time to drop off the meals. That time will be the same every time
a delivery
is made.
Yes, in most cases my service is "all-inclusive. Everything is included in the price; research,
meal planning, shopping, packaging, trash removal and clean up.
No this is a personal chef service
designed for your specific needs. You may have one cook date, or be on my
regular cooking schedule.
As there will be several packaging options, I will leave complete simple heating
instructions for each of your meals. If you
select frozen service, it is important that you defrost meals overnight in the
refrigerator. Food safety is a priority with
my service.
For the first cooking date, I require a deposit, with the balance paid on the cook
date. After that, is is customary to leave a
check for the upcoming date on the day I will be cooking for you.
